We offer free standard shipping on international orders over $65.00 before taxes. Please note this does not include any taxes, duties or fees applied to your shipment.

Note: Delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office for an order to be delivered. Your order may be a non-trackable.

Please note: Camilla D’amore cosmetics is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country.

 

Order Cancellation

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, please note the following:

Before Return Shipping In case you are eligible for return, you should email us  first, shop@Camilladamore-cosmetics.com before shipping the order to us, in order to get the specific instructions and location for return. 

Camilla D’amore Cosmetics doesn’t accept canceled orders. Once your order has been submitted, it is immediately sent to our Distribution Center to begin processing and expedite order delivery. Since the order process moves very quickly, we are unable to make any cancellations or changes to submitted orders. Please review your order very carefully before submitting it.

 

Returns & refunds

If any item in a customer’s order is missing, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, you must report it within 24-48 hours to our support center, Camilla D’amore Cosmetics will replace it with the same product that was originally purchased at no cost to the customer, However, you will have the right to return the damage products within 14 days after you had signing received. In this instance please contact us at shop@Camilladamore-cosmetics.com.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to our fulfillment center for review. The address will be provided you by our customer service department.

If you are shipping an item over $65, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

Refund amounts for merchandise will be credited to you in the same currency as your original order. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are not refunded.

  1. Products like lipsticks cannot be exchanged or returned because it is an intimate product and cannot be re-marketed.
  2. Please note we do not provide return labels. The shipping cost on returned items is at the customer’s expense.
  3. Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after receipt of the return package.
  4. We do not accept exchanges.
  5. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling fees.
